100 Lazio fans sang neo-Nazi songs

revolting. Bayern Munich will host Lazio today (Tuesday) in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16, when together with the Italian runner-up, a handful of their fans came who define themselves as neo-Nazis and support the Italian dictator Benito Mussolini.

The fans waved flags with swastikas on Bayern’s path (including Daniel Peretz sitting on the bench) to the game, and even gathered in the famous beer cellar where Adolf Hitler founded the Nazi Party. One of them was even arrested following saluting with his hand.

Lazio fans sang a fan song, and ended it by chanting “Duce! Duce!”, the message associated with the dictator Benito Mussolini. For years Lazio fans have been identified with neo-Nazi sympathies. The same fan who was arrested, 18 years old, was fined thousands of euros by the police. Mussolini’s relative, by the way, currently plays for the team.
