The Republic’s subsidy for the new ORF contribution from 2024 increases the Federal Chancellery’s expenses by almost a fifth. That was the topic in the budget committee regarding the Chancellery’s estimates with Media Minister Susanne Raab (ÖVP). The Republic’s compensation is the main reason for the increase in the Ballhausplatz budget.
