In order to promote products as well as the potential and image of tourism in the Tan Cuong tea region, in 3 days from February 18 to 20, 2024 (January 9 to 11), Thai Nguyen City will organize the “Perfume Festival”. “Spring Tea Color – Xinjiang Specialty Tea Region” at the Xinjiang Tea Cultural Space.

At the festival, many attractive activities will take place such as: Competition to process beautiful tea trees and models of tea products, supporting the tea industry; quick tea picking contest; tea making competitions using manual methods; Quick tea packaging contest… At the same time, here people and tourists will also enjoy delicious cups of tea, typical of the land of Xinjiang, known as “First-class tea”, check in and experience at community tourism areas.
Within the framework of the Festival, Thai Nguyen City will organize a running race with an expected scale of 500 – 1,000 athletes participating. Individual competitions for men and women at distances from 5 – 10km (the route starts from Tan Cuong Tea Cultural Space to Phuc Triu commune and vice versa).
Up to now, Thai Nguyen City People’s Committee has been directing specialized agencies to coordinate with relevant localities to fully prepare the necessary conditions; Develop a traffic flow plan so that the Festival can take place safely, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere at the beginning of the new year.
