13.4 percent: next price jump for single-family homes – real estate markets

Detached houses in Austria have once more become much more expensive in the previous year: According to a current land register analysis by Remax and Immo United, the “typical” price of a house rose by 13.4 percent from 2020 to 2021. The year before, it had gone up 10.1 percent. According to Wednesday’s broadcast, the average price has increased by 51 percent over the past five years and by 83 percent over the past ten years.
