Thiruvananthapuram: The 13th Global Energy Parliament will be held from tomorrow to December 2 at Raj Bhavan, Kolkata. In the presence of Jagadguru Swami Isha, West Bengal Governor Dr. CV Ananda Bose will inaugurate tomorrow. Ananda Bose will present ISRO Chairman Dr. S. Somanath with the Global Energy Parliament Governors Excellence Global Award of Isha Vishwaprajnan Trust. The award includes one lakh rupees, a sculpture designed by Nemam Pushparaj and a citation.
Minister of State Subhash Sarkar, President of Sri Lankan Mahabodhi Society Bangala Upathisatero, Architect G. Shankar, Head of World Council on Aging Karin Tagg, Germany, Educationist, Writer and Nutritionist Lady Carla David of Australia and USA, Consultant Arvind Sukhani of Lithuania and Spain Sunin Kanoria, Niger Consultant Rajendra Khantelwal, GE Center Director Dr. Christer Dumas (France), Australian educational consultant Richardo Leppe, Bhutanese entrepreneur and farmer Sankerichan and more than 150 representatives from 30 countries will participate.
