16 people died in an accident with a fuel tanker in Ukraine

In Ukraine, 16 people died in a major traffic accident. This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine.

The accident occurred on the highway Kyiv – Chop, near the village of Sitnoe, Dubno district, Rivne region. According to available information, a passenger bus, a fuel truck and a passenger car collided.

Currently, sixteen people are known to have died, and six more people received injuries of varying severity. Information on the number of victims is subject to change.

The cause of the accident is still unknown, law enforcement agencies are investigating. The highway is currently closed to traffic.
