Rio de Janeiro – A man killed a 16-year-old girl and seriously injured another student in a school shooting in the city of Cambé in the state of Paraná in southern Brazil. As the authorities announced on Monday, the shooter – who used to be a student at the school himself – was arrested. According to Brazilian media reports, he is 21 years old. According to the Ministry of Security, the injured student was taken to a hospital and is in critical condition.
