Officials from the Investigative, Scientific, Penal and Criminalistics Corps (Cicpc), attached to the Pariaguán Municipal Delegation, arrested a woman for cruel treatment of her 4-year-old stepson.
The 18-year-old detainee was apprehended following verifying that, in a fit of rage, she physically assaulted the boy, causing multiple injuries to his body.
