During an international symposium initiated by the Joudour Foundation (roots) for Moroccans around the world on the theme “The autonomy initiative and the bankruptcy of the separatist and self-determination thesis”, Mr. Dominici stressed that relations Morocco’s international organizations have diversified and amplified both at the level of actors and at that of the strategic orientations of its foreign policy, which through an enlightened use of “Soft Power”, have enabled the country to occupy a major role on the international geopolitics.
And to add that the Kingdom has become a key player and a model for development and social, economic and environmental stability in North Africa, through several major actions on the part of state institutions focused on a vision of a “Soft Power” “Made in Morocco”.
In this sense, the Italian expert noted that it is necessary to distinguish between three main axes of Moroccan soft power, namely the economic axis, the security and religious one and finally the migratory one.
Regarding the economic axis, he explained that Morocco’s economic policy represents a key instrument of its diplomacy, noting that under the reign of HM King Mohammed VI, entrepreneurship was at the center of foreign policy. Kingdom as evidenced by the strong presence of many Moroccan companies in the African market in different sectors.
With regard to the security and religious axis, Mr. Dominici indicated that “moderate” and “modern” Islam allows the Kingdom to position itself as a model of stability in the face of Salafism and other radical currents present in many countries of the Sahelo-Saharan region, recalling the close religious ties that Morocco has maintained for centuries with many African countries following the Maliki rite.
As for the migratory axis, the Italian expert pointed out that the migratory question is made a priority in Morocco, which has launched in recent years a process of massive regularization of sub-Saharan foreigners and worked with Spain, in compliance with human rights, to the management of massive influxes of migrants.
According to him, these are the main lines of diplomatic action of Morocco at the international level and for which it is recognized as being a reliable, credible and structured actor.
This symposium, organized in partnership with the Council of the Moroccan community abroad and the Hassan 1st University of Settat and in cooperation with the Casablanca-Settat region and the province of Settat, is part of the positive dynamic marking the national cause, in particular with the historic recognition of the United States of America of Morocco’s full and complete sovereignty over its Sahara and the new Spanish position supporting the Moroccan autonomy initiative, as well as Germany’s position vis-à-vis the vis-à-vis the national cause, in addition to the opening of nearly 25 consulates in the cities of Laayoune and Dakhla.
The program of this symposium was structured around interventions on a number of themes, in particular the decision of the International Court of Justice and its position on the question of the Moroccan Sahara and the context and scope of international support for the Moroccan initiative to ‘autonomy.
The speakers also debated the new positive position of Spain vis-à-vis the national cause, and proceeded to a careful reading of the “autonomy initiative: the reality and the challenges”.

Loaned last February to Kasimpasa (Turkish D1), Jackson Muleka signed a spectacular end to the season, with 12 goals in 14 Süper Lig matches. The Congolese striker (22), under contract with Standard de Liège until June 2024, aroused envy.
Kasimpasa wanted to keep it, but it was Besiktas who won their case. The Istanbul club has agreed with the Belgian club on compensation of around €4 million. The player is on his way to the Turkish capital with his adviser, Jean-Willy Ngoma, and will sign a five-year contract there.
Standard refused a proposal from Toulouse slightly over €2m. Promoted to L1, the Haut-Garonne club was very interested and the player had even exchanged with coach Philippe Montanier, who had had him under his command at Standard. A Congolese international, he was also followed by Red Star Belgrade (Serbian D1) and Burnley (English D2), as well as Lyon and Lens.
