Barcelona defender Gerard Pique angered Shakira, his fiancée of 12 years and mother of two children, Milan and Sasha Pique Mubarak, by appearing in public with his new girlfriend Clara Chia Marti (23 years), who completes her university studies and works in the player’s company Cosmos owned by the player.
Pique was seen with Clara at the Ceradana summer festival in Catalonia in the midst of the audience and was not embarrassed to hug her.
A source said that Pique’s public appearance angered Shakira, and that she would not tolerate him in sharing their property, which includes a private plane.
(£15m) and a house for the player in the US city of Miami (£11m) and a 3-storey house in Barcelona (£3.8m). Shakira also bought in 2011 a stake in a private island in the Bahamas.
The properties that Pique and Shakira bought before their engagement are expected to remain untouched, but the two properties, a house on the Barcelona city limits and a house near the Camp Nou (£4.7m) stadium, will be settled, as well as a holiday home on the island of Cyprus they bought in 2019.
Custody of the two boys will also be a matter of contention because Pique wants them to stay in Barcelona, and Shakira wants to move them to live with her in Miami, away from Spain, whose tax authority is suing her for evading payment.
Shakira admitted in an interview in January 2020 that following 10 years with Gerard, she does not see herself ready for marriage so as not to lose his sensuality with her, and that he suffers because her work in the field of music keeps him awake waiting for her return.

Exactly four months following Guy’s death, his wife, Lise Lafleur is toughening up one day at a time. In this superb well-established house on Île Bizard, the very delicate beautiful lady is going through a difficult mourning.

“I see it everywhere, in every room, in every phase of our lives,” she said Monday.
They had this fold built on their return from Quebec on a magnificent site, 26 years ago.
“Last April 22 was the sudden and heartbreaking end of our exceptional complicity, and since then my existence has not been and will never be the same. I have to get used to it and it’s very difficult, painful. »
Few times in her life has Lise been so open to confiding.
She admits it to us, while kindly collaborating with photographer Chantal Poirier and journalist Jonathan Tremblay.
She wants people to see what she describes as the haven of peace of Guy Lafleur, who loved to walk along the water’s edge and who was proud to have a helicopter landing site on the edge of Lac des Two Mountains.
She also wants to speed up the sale of a paradise that may be too heavy to carry on her own.
“It won’t be easy to fit the contents of this extraordinary house into a four and a half,” she said with a shy smile.
“I will be closer to my children and grandchildren. My new solitude is difficult and I need to recreate our family unit. »
LAFLEUR INTIMACY
Next to Lise, there is Martin whom we end up seeing as a protector. The eldest is very close to his mother and he knows that she is still fragile.
The large dining room table allows us to imagine the beautiful moments with family or friends.
The living room and its large fireplace suggest warm and comforting winter evenings. And when you set foot in Guy’s office, his favorite room is sober. On the wall, a canvas painted from a historic photo of Guy, Maurice Richard and Jean Béliveau in tricolor uniform says it all.
Also, two glass cabinets in which we discover replicas of helicopters.
Strikingly, Guy’s diary is still on the desk.
HE CHANGED HIS MIND
Lise says that Guy had already wanted to sell this house, even thinking of moving to the Laurentians, but following having the poster planted in front, he changed his mind.
A few hours before dying in palliative care, he asked his doctor if he might return to end his life at home.
He was refused. He raised his hand as if to say, “Come on…”
He closed his eyes almost for the last time.
If I had two and a half million dollars lying around in my account, this house would already be sold.
One of the most important moments of the year on Apple’s agenda is approaching, and it is the launch of the new iPhones, in this case the iPhone 14. As usual, many users will decide to buy one of the new models, therefore, in this post we want to tell you what you can do to pay less for it.
When buying an iPhone, surely all users try find a way to pay less for itwell, there is a really simple way to be able to change your device every year without having to pay a fortune for each one of them, in fact, you will only have to put a small part of everything that the new iPhone costs.
Trick to change iPhone
The trick to get it is in sell the old iPhone just before the new model comes outin this way you will be able to obtain a good amount of money for your device, and you will only have to put the remaining part to buyin this case, one of the new iPhone 14. This is possible thanks to the sales policy that the Cupertino company has, since at no time of the year does it lower the price of its equipment, causing them to lose much less value than those of the competition in the second-hand market.
Obviously, the price for which you will be able to sell your device will vary depending on conditions in which it is, but of course, if it does not have any physical damage and works perfectly, you can sell it for 200 or 300 euros less than what it cost you just a year ago when did you buy it. Of course, when purchasing one of the iPhone 14, you have to bear in mind that, predictably, the Pro models will rise in price, so this time the difference that you will have to pay to be able to acquire them will be greater than on occasions previous.
In the end, doing this exercise every year allows you to always have the latest iPhone model without having to spend a large amount of money, somewhat mimicking what a device rental would be. In addition, you have to bear in mind that this is much cheaper than changing the equipment every 2 or 3 years, since in the end, over time, the equipment will lose value and you will be able to sell it at a much lower price, having to subsequently put a much larger amount of money.
Tips before selling
Finally, we want to tell you a series of tips that will come in handy before selling the equipment. The first thing is that you make it through means that are safe. The ideal would be to find a buyer who is close to your environment or locality, so that he can see the iPhone, check that everything is correct and make the payment safely.
Obviously, you also have to keep in mind the applications for the sale of second-hand products such as wallapop, where security measures are greater every day, as well as websites specialized in it. However, if you want to be completely unconcerned in this process, own Apple gives you the possibility to recycle your equipment in exchange for an economic amount, although you have to take into account that the price for which you can sell it to Apple will be considerably lower than if you did it in the second-hand market.

Before handing it over, check that everything is correct, it even takes graphic evidence of its condition, as well as its operation so that there is a record of how you delivered the device. In the same way, it is also very important that delete all content that you had inside the equipment, restoring the device and leaving it as if it arrived from the factory.
It is the largest cemetery in Paris. It also offers beautiful walks to the inhabitants of the 20e borough. And over the years, its guided tours have evolved. Discover that of the Great Sibyl (Marie-Anne Lenormand), an illustrious character of the French Revolution, forgotten by history. This is embodied (obviously with a period costume) throughout the visit by a conference guide. Objective: to discover the secrets of a cemetery and its residents.
The visit lasts two hours. 15 euros for adults, 10 euros for students. Reservation available on the Internet.
Also note: several visits dedicated to the women buried at Père-Lachaise have already been proposed. And there are many of them: painters, writers, actresses, activists, scientists… Guided tours are no longer available, but should be back soon. In the meantime, the book “Mère Lachaise. 100 portraits to dig up funerary heritage”, written by journalist Camille Paix, was released in the spring of 2022. instagram account is also well documented.
More frequent, the classic tours of Père-Lachaise are also recommended and very instructive, to stop in front of the most famous tombs, from Jim Morrison to Frédéric Chopin.
