Veteran DeSean Jackson is back in the NFL! As Ian Rapoport from the “NFL Network” reports, citing Jackson’s advisor Drew Rosenhaus, the Baltimore Ravens have signed the 35-year-old. The wide receiver, who was most recently without a club and played for the Las Vegas Raiders last season, is entering his 15th NFL season. With the Ravens, Jackson provides more depth in the receiving corps following Rashod Bateman was recently injured. Jackson played for the Philadelphia Eagles from 2008 to 2013. This was followed by positions with today’s Washington Commanders, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, once more with the Eagles and in 2021 with the Los Angeles Rams and Las Vegas Raiders. Jackson is a three-time Pro Bowl nominee and has 66 touchdowns, 632 passes caught and 11,110 receiving yards in his NGL career.

The US State Department confirms the arrest of an American citizen in Saudi Arabia over “tweets”
(CNN)–The US State Department confirmed that US citizen Saad Ibrahim Al-Madhi, 72, was arrested in Saudi Arabia, the Washington Post reported for the first time, to 16 years in prison for tweets critical of the Saudi government.
“We have consistently and extensively raised our concerns regarding the issue at the highest levels of the Saudi government, both through channels in Riyadh and Washington, DC as well… as recently as yesterday,” State Department Deputy Spokesperson Vidant Patel said at a press briefing.
Patel also confirmed that no State Department official was present at the sentencing hearing on Saad Al-Madhi, because the Saudi government postponed the hearing without informing the US embassy and never responded to the embassy’s request to attend the hearing weeks earlier than it was originally scheduled, Patel said.
Patel said the State Department was still considering whether to classify Al-Madi as “unfairly detained.”
“The exercise of freedom of expression should never be criminalized,” Patel added.
Patel also said that the last time the US was able to access Saad al-Madhi was on August 10, noting that “in many cases, we have difficulties in gaining access to dual nationals detained in Saudi Arabia. But we are doing our best to pressure order consular access and consular assistance as we did in this case as well.”
A warning sign that your cholesterol is dangerously clogging your arteries
Al-Marsad newspaper: Cholesterol silently causes chaos in the arteries, leading to health problems such as heart disease and strokes, yet one of the warning signs of cholesterol accumulation can appear in the buttocks.
High levels of “bad” cholesterol – the kind that raises your risk of health problems – promote plaque buildup in the arteries, according to the British newspaper Express.
Plaque is a waxy substance made up of cholesterol and other things. When you have a lot of plaque, it can narrow your arteries and limit blood flow. When your blood vessels constrict as a result, blood flow to your legs is also restricted, causing the “first noticeable” sign. .
According to the medical website Cleveland, the lack of blood flow to your legs can sometimes lead to a “common” condition known as peripheral artery disease (PAD).
The “first” symptom of PAD may be leg pain, however, this pain not only subsides in this area because it can travel to the buttocks. You may notice pain in the calf, but you may also feel it in the buttocks or thighs.
Peripheral arterial disease can also cause other telltale signs, including pain in your feet and toes, especially at night when you’re lying down, redness or discoloration of your skin, and sores on the toes that don’t heal.
