Chicago∙ The 2023-2024 regional level operation of Cherupushpa Mission League of Canaan Catholic Region of America was inaugurated. Chicago Diocese Vicar General and Canaan Regional Director Fr. Inaugurated by Thomas Mulavan.
Mission League Canaan Regional Director Fr. Bins Chethalil, Mission League International Organizer Sijoy Parappalil, Regional President Serena Mulyanikunnel, Secretary James Kunnassery, Organizer Suja Ithithara, Chicago St. Mary’s Knanaya Catholic Parish Assistant Vicar Fr. Lijo Kochuparampil, Education Principal Saji Poothrikail and Assistant Principal Binu Edakara were present.
Before the inauguration, Mission League members organized a colorful campaign rally. The inauguration was organized at the end of the regional camp held in Chicago.
This year’s unit-level launch of the Mission League in all the parishes and missions under the Canaan Region will be held on October 1, the feast day of Saint Thrace the Little.
