Unter has pending its response to the salary offer from the Río Negro government for the June-August period.
Initially, UPCN partially accepted the proposed increase and this wednesday ATE rejected it, with a call for a strike for next Thursday June 29th.
The teachers’ union had already convened its Congress for tomorrow, Thursday 22, in the Almafuerte (Huergo) section, but, later, it was decided to adhere to the CTERA national strike due to the repression in Jujuy.
