Time has always been subject to constant review, in fact, the Bible is clear in stating that there is time for peace, for war, for love, for crying, in short, for everything and everyone. Today it is time to analyze the past to understand the present and project ourselves into the future, which is necessary to ensure the future of the next generations of Guatemalans.

One of the most complex problems is the administration of the time available, on a day-to-day basis and as a life project. The observation of successful men and women is due to the fact that they achieve a high performance of the use of time.

Going into the matter, most of the publications that deal with time management in its broadest concept, teach that, to organize time, you need to have the virtual construction of a closet, and put the most things in the least space possible, is this the secret? But, be careful, this does not mean pressing time, much less it is advisable to live once morest the clock, quite the opposite.

The idea is to increase the value of time. There are two key terms: importance and urgency, two terms that mark our way of being. Faced with importance we act, faced with urgency we react, the above is the essence of time management. He quickly explained, the urgent almost always comes from the initiative of others, while the important is generated by us and is usually productive.

It should not be forgotten that important tasks are closely linked to our own objectives and their achievement, while urgent tasks belong to others. Usually the urgent catches us! It goes far beyond the long, tedious hours we find ourselves doing unpleasant work. “Happiness is not doing something you want, but wanting what you do.”

The key to the secret is concentration, no matter what we do, the prudent thing to do is to focus on one goal.
