iOS 17 new feature teaching: iPhone touches to transfer photos, exchange cards A killer app in Apple’s hardware ecosystem is the AirDrop function that can quickly pair and wirelessly transfer files, and it can be used between iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers It is very convenient to transfer content in various formats across platforms and devices! And it more directly distinguishes the camps of “iPhone friends” and “non-iPhone friends”. That is to say, similar usage has begun to appear on Android and Windows, and Apple can’t just sit still. In iOS 17, iPhone users will be able to directly transfer content with a new “touch” action, without having to look for each other in a long list, and no longer afraid of being harassed by malicious users abusing AirDrop. “Bump” is not a new thing? iOS 17 new feature teaching: iPhone can transfer photos with one touch, exchange cards and touch the iPhone to transfer data gestures, which originated from Apple’s introduction of the U1 ultra-wideband chip in the iPhone, allowing users to lean the phone once morest the HomePod Mini to continue playing music play. Such an intuitive operation experience has no learning cost at all, just like the iPhone should be so easy to let other devices “take over” the content. Furthermore, Apple started to modify the AirDrop settings in iOS 16.2 earlier, making it default that AirDrop files will not be accepted, and the upper limit of each open transmission time to “everyone” has also become ten minutes. This change is for Many people agree with the harassment of malicious users who abuse AirDrop. However, this change will make AirDrop more difficult to use, so it is a very clever way for Apple to think of combining the short-range communication protocol for fast pairing. Of course, when introducing NameDrop’s gameplay at the WWDC 2023 press conference, the editor and other readers immediately remembered the Android Beam function that the Android camp had had a long time ago. The same is to make the NFC antennas of two Android phones close, and then you can transfer photos. However, Android Beam was soon forgotten. I think the main reason is that the position of the NFC antenna of the Android phone is changeable, and it is not a standard configuration. When using it at the same time, you need to touch the screen with two phones, which is very difficult to use. . After the superposition of many reasons, this function cannot prevail. So, having an iPhone with the same standard design as a can of luncheon meat has its benefits. AirDrop iOS 17 new function teaching at one touch: iPhone one touch to transfer photos and exchange cards The preface is over, and finally I will officially introduce the new offline interactive transmission function of iOS 17. When two iPhones that have been upgraded to iOS 17 want to transfer media and files to each other, the sender will open the AirDrop interface as usual, but the user no longer needs to find your friends in the long list, but directly Put the tops of the two iPhones close to the “Bump”, and the lights will flash when hit. After a luminous special effect such as wormholes and time tunnels, photos and files will be transferred through the old way of AirDrop. And not only file transfer, even SharePlay simulcasting and sharing also added the same sharing gesture, and also added the exchange of virtual business card NameDrop, so that iPhone friends can use this special “handshake” method to communicate. How to use it with one touch: Open the content you want to share (photos, videos, music). When the two iOS 17 devices are close to each other and successfully paired, you will see a light effect. Click “Share” to start AirDrop to transfer NameDrop + Contact Poster iOS 17 New function teaching: iPhone can transfer photos and exchange cards with one touch Both Apple Watch and Apple Watch are supported. In the post-epidemic era, a few re-emphasize the function of people-to-people communication. However, before using NameDrop, users need to update their virtual business card, which is the new “Contact Poster” in iOS 17. Just like locking pages, Apple allows users to make better use of portrait mode and Memoji to create “cards” that represent themselves, and then communicate more in the real world. iOS 17 new function teaching: iPhone touches to transfer photos and exchange cards Contact card making method: Open the address book app, click “My Card” to enter “Contact Photos and Posters”, click “Edit” in one of the cards What is the name displayed on the custom photo or Memoji (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean can be displayed vertically) After setting, this card will be displayed on the other party’s screen in future calls, FaceTime, and Messages. If there is no chance When exchanging “cards” face-to-face, iOS 17 will also ask the user if they want to share their contact poster with the other party during the call. The editor has inquired regarding Apple in the past, and they confirmed that the card exchange through this method will happen on their own servers, and will not involve telecommunications providers or other third parties. Of course, the data will also be protected by end-to-end encryption. So have you all learned it? In the future, you don’t need to take the trouble of copying with a pen and paper, and you don’t need to call to confirm whether the other party has given you a fake number when you are in a social relationship. You don’t need to spend time looking for names when sending photos with AirDrop. Just touch two iPhones (or Apple Watches) That’s it.

Toyota Land Cruiser 400 2029 may be presented in a hydrogen version
2023-08-11 22:42:22
Toyota Land Cruiser 400 might become a hydrogen SUV
More and more rumors and assumptions arise around the recently presented Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 250. And this applies to both its appearance and equipment. As for the first one, independent designers have already presented some interesting projects by sharing their renders. As for the characteristics, the other day there was an assumption that the Toyota Land Cruiser 400 2029 would have a hydrogen plant.
On the other hand, options for the presence of hybrid technologies, including a plug-in hybrid, as well as an electric motor, are not excluded. The presentation of the new SUV is expected in at least six years, or even later, so it’s too early to predict anything. Nevertheless, the information that has appeared deserves attention. So, the chief designer of the project, Keith Moritz, prefers fuel versions, but due to poorly developed infrastructure, this option is not acceptable everywhere.
As for hybrid installations, there are also some nuances here. In particular, the current architecture does not support them, so appropriate upgrades will be required. In general, the most votes received from experts for the fact that the SUV will receive a standard hybrid (photo: Toyota).

City Infrastructure Update: Inauguration of New Pedestrian Tunnel and Future Projects in [City Name]
2023-08-11 14:33:00
The level crossing between rue Sodar and rue de Philippeville was completely destroyed during a terrible storm on July 24, 2021 at the end of the day. Cars carried away by a veritable torrent had piled up at this precise spot. This had demolished the barriers, the tracks, but also the entire electronic system.
Logically, Infrabel, the railway infrastructure manager, has not embarked on a reconstruction project for this level crossing, its policy being to remove as many as possible. That’s how the one on Sodar Street disappeared. But as we are in the heart of the city, we had to find alternative mobility solutions: a pedestrian tunnel under the tracks was built, it has been operational since this Friday, the date of its inauguration, following 10 months of work which cost 800,000 euros. The work is 12 meters long and 3 meters wide, for a height of 2.25 meters.
Inaugurated by a nonagenarian
The first to use the underpass, symbolically: Pierrette Fauquet, a resident of rue de Philippeville, accompanied by her son Jacques Hermant. The lady will be 91 in the fall, she opened the new route to applause, helped by the mayor Thierry Bodlet. Her presence is doubly symbolic, because the grandmother of the nonagenarian had perished in 1950 on the level crossing she was crossing, in the fog and being a little deaf. The inauguration, therefore, was quite special, in the presence of some local residents, very satisfied with this new infrastructure.
The major project is far from over
The construction site around the nearby Dinant station is not yet finished. In the next few days, the temporary footbridge which made it possible to cross the tracks will be dismantled. Then we will redo the coating damaged during the work, on both sides of the railway tracks, rue Sodar and rue de Philippeville. Completion.
The sequel promises to be much more spectacular: at the station, we will build a footbridge allowing you to pass from one track to another, it will be equipped with elevators. This same footbridge will make it possible to reach Charreau de Bonsecours from the station. This will be a big step forward for mobility. Because this road leads to Notre-Dame de Bellevue college. The budget for this project amounts to two million euros, its completion is scheduled for autumn 2024.
The idea is to relieve the streets of Philippeville and Bonsecours of “school” traffic at the beginning and end of the day. By persuading parents who bring their kids by car to drop them off at the station rather than clogging roads that are more than ever unsuitable. Nothing has yet been decided, but the road arrangements will be made in this spirit, explains the mayor Thierry Bodlet.
It would indeed be very unfortunate if the connection between the station and the access road to the school, carried out at great expense, is shunned and does not solve a problem of congestion already present before the disappearance of the level crossing.

Understanding Melanoma: Risks, Detection, and Prevention
2023-08-11 21:42:42
What are we talking regarding ?
According to the National Cancer Institute (INCa), “melanoma is a disease of skin cells called melanocytes”. These cells are known for their key role in the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for tanning. In total, 80% of cutaneous melanomas develop on healthy skin, and in 20% of cases from a mole.
Melanoma has the capacity to become invasive (when it reaches the dermis) and to form metastases in distant organs (lungs, liver, brain, etc.) or the surrounding lymph nodes.
In terms of frequency, 15,500 new cases of melanoma are detected each year in France, a constantly increasing number. “It is the cancer for which the number of new cases per year (incidence) increases the most: for 30 years, the evolution of the incidence is 4% per year in men and 2.7% in women”, specifies the INCa. As for the number of deaths, it is estimated at 1,600 each year.
How to self-detect?
As stated above, a mole can give rise to melanoma. This is why it is useful to regularly inspect your skin. This is what the #Tâchezdypenser campaign recommends.
To do this, carefully observe your skin from the face to the toes through the back, without forgetting your palms, soles and spaces between the fingers. Ask a loved one to take pictures of your moles. Concretely, adopt the ABCDE rule, advises the French Society of Dermatology:
A for “Asymmetry”: half of the mole does not resemble the other half; B for “Jagged edges”: the edges are poorly defined, jagged, indented, blurred; C for “Inhomogeneous color”: the color varies from one area of the lesion to another;D for “Diameter”: it is often greater than 6 mm;E for “Evolution”: the appearance of the mole has changed, whether its size, shape or color.
Other criteria should alert you and encourage you to make an appointment with the dermatologist. This is the case if a mole, old or new, itches or bleeds. Or if you notice the appearance of a task or any other new element on your skin. These tips are all the more important since the earlier a melanoma is detected, the higher the chances of recovery.
What risk factors?
It is imperative to protect yourself and children from the rays of the summer sun. For that :
We are not all equal when it comes to the risk of melanoma. Apart from exposure to the sun, there are two risk factors once morest which you cannot act: family history of melanoma as well as your skin type. Like having a high number of moles (more than 50) and/or fair/white skin that never tans or very slowly.
The right steps to protect yourself
It is imperative to protect yourself and children from the rays of the summer sun. To do this: Seek shade; Do not expose yourself between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.; Use a sunscreen adapted to your phototype with the highest protection factor; Renew the application every 2 hours; Do not go to UV cabins.
You can find all of these prevention messages on social networks via #Tâchezdypenser. Finally, a digital brochure on the subject is available on the information site Mon Cancer.com.
