At its core, Laika: Aged Through Blood is a very exciting idea. You take the basic formula from the Trials series, balancing a motorcycle on rough terrain from a 2D perspective. You can then mix in some My Friend Pedro with slow-motion mechanics and the ability to reflect enemy projectiles. Then you introduce an innovative system that forces you to do backflips to reload your weapon and frontflips to replenish your reflexes, and then you make the magic happen. This means that as you move around the game’s 2D landscape, you can balance your motorcycle, target enemies in slow motion, and perform flips this and that to keep up. With the exception of My Friend Pedro, few other games in the past have been able to achieve this kind of flow, and when a game goes all out (pun intended), true indie innovation is probably the purest fuel in the industry. Unfortunately, things aren’t that simple, and between these sequences of pure gameplay magic, there are a number of systems, structural and design decisions that prevent Laika: Aged Through Blood from reaching its full potential. Here’s an ad: Laika is set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has ceased to exist, leaving only anthropomorphic mutant animals trying to survive in this harsh new reality. It’s Mad Max from beginning to end, and while the game takes its time to establish a core motivation for the player, a mother frantically trying to protect her people from the militaristic Birds in a bloody retaliation, the setting is largely Effective. However, the story is too vague and a bit too drawn out. This actually applies to the entirety of Laika: Aged Through Blood, which offers players an open Metroidvania-style world that’s much bigger and wider than you might imagine, and while it’s supposed to last 10 hours, But the game time is probably more like twice that. But of course that doesn’t matter most of the time. First off, Laika: Aged Through Blood looks beautiful, and it looks beautiful in an old-fashioned analogy way. Everything looks hand-drawn and hand-shaped, with environments, individual cutscenes and all the little details shining through. Additionally, a soundtrack of a Mad Max-inspired song has been put together and played in a loop across the barren plains to great effect. Okay, so a lot of the time you hear the roaring screams of motorcycles, a great track on the cassette player, you’re smashing Birds in slow motion and bathing in their blood – what’s not to like? Well, for one, the structure of the world is so confusing that you’re constantly guessing where you’re going and how to get there. Plus, there are a lot of Birds between you and your goal, and Birds constantly respawn, so danger is everywhere, which can be distracting and frustrating when you’re just trying to get to where the game wants you to be. Throw in a slightly useless map that you have to pay with Viscera, the game’s central currency, and it doesn’t get any better. Here’s an ad: Additionally, developer Brainwash Gang mightn’t help but add some Souls structures, so you lose all your Viscera when you die, and if you get hit once or fall off a motorcycle on your butt, you’ll Instant death. You die often, all the time in fact, and then have to constantly pick up your Viscera, with enemies constantly respawning. This seems like a desire to challenge players and constantly keep us on the edge of our seats, which is fair enough, but it ends up being one of the game’s biggest annoyances. But, as I said, there are times, if not a lot of times, when it works, and when it works, Laika: Aged Through Blood is top-tier primetime entertainment and proves that there’s a sudden surge in the indie scene that’s pure innovation worthy of mainstream attention. . It’s a shame that it doesn’t succeed all the way, because the whole experience would be more dynamic with more fine-tuning of difficulty, enemy placement, and possibly giving players more life points or “opportunities” from the start. But that shouldn’t distract from the fact that Laika: Aged Through Blood is a bloody journey regarding timed and organized action. here you go.

Red Bull Salzburg is worried about Israeli Oscar Gloukh
2023-10-19 14:02:28
Israel’s team player Oscar Gloukh’s thoughts are with his family, who live in Tel Aviv. How Red Bull Salzburg tries to prepare the midfielder for the games.
In the past few days and before Saturday’s Bundesliga game once morest LASK, the Red Bull Salzburg club bosses have had more discussions with Oscar Gloukh. Coach Gerhard Struber tried, as far as possible, to take away some of the Israeli national player’s fear for his family, who were witnessing the horrors of war in Tel Aviv.
The Israeli national team’s European Championship qualifying games last week were canceled following the outbreak of conflict in the Middle East. Gloukh trained in Salzburg and also played the friendly once morest Ried last Thursday. In the 1-0 win, the strong 19-year-old also showed an extremely ambitious performance. Maybe football will help him think differently and put the tragic events in his home country in the background for a short time.
Coach Gerhard Struber doesn’t want to do without his creative player in the home game once morest third-placed LASK. Struber explained on Thursday: “Football can also be a certain distraction. Oscar can do what he should actually enjoy.” The Salzburg coach also watched Gloukh closely during the practice sessions. “He seems very focused, but it is clear that the current situation is not easy for him. We have had many conversations with him and it is important that we listen carefully and support him,” emphasized Struber. “At the same time, we’re trying to focus on what we can do. And that’s football.” As a player, Gloukh is dealing with the situation very professionally.
And yet the war in the Middle East determines the daily routine of the 19-year-old. “More than 200 hostages are being held by Hamas in unknown condition and their health is unclear. More than 200 young men and women, grandmothers and grandfathers and babies. Citizens from countries around the world. Advocating for hostages is not political. It is humanitarian. The world of sports asks all athletes to heed the call to protect the safety of all hostages. Bring them home now,” Gloukh wrote on his Instagram profile.
Gloukh also has the best chance of being in the Bulls’ starting lineup on Saturday. Salzburg will need his ideas following losing their lead in the table if they want to climb back to the top. Struber might also breathe a sigh of relief because following the international matches, all of the Bulls who were active came back healthy. “It looks like everyone is fit for action,” said Kuchler, who shows great respect for the LASK: “The Linzers are actually the third force in the country, so we have to be ready to go ‘all in’ with ours means. And show in front of a home crowd how difficult it is to survive once morest us. If we show our basic principles, our spirit from the first to the last second, we will win.”
After two home defeats in the last games in the league once morest outsiders Blau-Weiß Linz and in the Champions League once morest Real Sociedad San Sebastián, Salzburg want to get back on the road to success in front of an expected big crowd. “But before you talk regarding a victory, you have to invest,” says Struber, who expects his team to be wide awake and push themselves to the limit from the first second. Struber doesn’t want to waste any thought on Tuesday’s game in the Champions League away once morest Inter Milan: “Every game is important, every win increases self-confidence.”
Second place in the table in October is an extremely unusual situation for the Bulls. But that doesn’t give Struber much of a headache: “It’s important that we perform and look less at the table. We can control our performance. What’s important is that we are at the top at the end of the season.”

Ratoma: Mayor Alpha Oumar Sacko accused of “bad management”
2023-10-19 13:52:07
The president of the youth, sport, arts and culture commission of Ratoma town hall made revelations this Thursday, October 19, 2023, on the management of Alpha Oumar Sacko, current mayor of this municipality.
For Passy Condé, municipal councilor elected under the banner of the Union of Democratic Forces of Guinea (UFDG) party, the team currently at the head of the municipality of Ratoma has no record. Which, according to him, does not honor the party which is the majority in this commune.
“We are tarnishing not only the image of our political party, but also our own image. For what ? We were lucky to have Ratoma, we are in the majority, we are the big decision-makers, we aspire to manage a nation, but if the management of Ratoma town hall is so catastrophic, it is really disappointing,” said regretted the municipal council this Thursday in the Grandes Gueules sur Espace.
Passy Condé accuses the mayor Alpha Oumar Sacko and his entourage of managing the commune of Ratoma on the basis of clan and communitarianism: “You come with good projects, but when you submit the project, some of our fellow councilors who do not fall under not even from this commission, come to see the mayor to discourage him. The mayor ended up abandoning the project.
This municipal councilor also mentioned the case of contract workers in the municipality who have worked without a bonus for more than 8 years. Here too, he accuses the mayor of having taken care of certain relatives to the detriment of the contract workers who are on duty: “We are surprised to see that there is a list of contract workers which has been drawn up. There are people on this list who have been taken into care but who have not even served two months. Some don’t even come there but they end up on the list. And even that, there are contract workers who are paid 500 thousand francs, while others have the same salary as a civil servant in hierarchy A.
Regarding sanitation, Passy Condé denounces the Alpha Oumar Sacko team, which “refuses” to make the means available to the teams dealing with public health issues. This municipal council also accuses the mayor and three of his relatives of recruiting a company for the digitalization of the town hall without a call for tender.

With the completion of the distributor on Ricardo Balbín Avenue, a new access to the Grupo CEOS real estate development is completed: Balcones del Este. This work is added to the others linked to the neighborhood’s infrastructure, such as electricity, public lighting, running water, natural gas, monitoring system, underground facilities for weak signals and large green spaces with more than 300 trees planted.
Thus, there are already more than 50 owners who are authorized to start building their house. A point to highlight, in the words of the executive director (CEO) of the company Javier Cornú: “The Balcones del Este works are financed exclusively with CEOS Group’s own capital, which guarantees that the savings of the families that choose us are allocated “to safe and solid investments, fulfilling the necessary requirements demanded by the competent departments and providing legal security, a very important attribute in these times.”
CEOS Group, a development company with more than 20 years of experience in the province of Córdoba and successful developments such as Granjas de Claret, Lomas de Chateau and Comarca de Allende. It has more than 800 lots delivered and deeded throughout its history in development.
Green spaces in the city
Currently, the supply of land within the Circunvalación ring is limited, so Balcones del Este is positioned as a unique option, located within the Circunvalación ring, minutes from the Center and with excellent connectivity to any point in the city, since which allows you to use the arteries of the urban ring road.
Without a doubt, the ease it offers in terms of accessibility is an added value. Balcones del Este is located five minutes from the General Paz neighborhood linked by the 24 de Septiembre corridor, or by Armenia Street with direct access to the center in less than 10 minutes, and interconnected to the rest of the city by Circunvalación. It is a great alternative for families looking for a natural environment minutes from the Center, in order to avoid long trips and the “ant expenses” caused by daily transportation costs (such as tolls and fuel), which ultimately affect the pocket. of the month.
The neighborhood has unique characteristics and benefits. It is ideal for carrying out the project of your own house with a garden, unlike other types (such as apartments), which tend to be limited spaces when families grow larger. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, people became more aware of the importance of green spaces and natural light. Thus, interior comfort began to be prioritized. Space is the new luxury: that is, a garden or patio where children can play is valued more than other attributes. Likewise, Balcones del Este has a state-of-the-art 24-hour monitoring system, which provides peace of mind.
Due to its topography, the neighborhood offers panoramic views of the city. Balcones del Este has an intelligent design, planned for 198 residential lots (from 250 square meters suitable for duplexes) and commercial lots on Route 19, which creates a micro residential environment with a future nearby shopping center. It should be noted that Balcones del Este, being in its first stage, is an excellent alternative for the middle class, since today they have the option of paying in installments and in pesos.
An area that grows
In terms of environment, Balcones del Este joins other projects that invest in the eastern sector of the city, such as Infinito Open, a mega project that will contain an open-air mall, a stadium, a water park and facilities for extreme sports. Likewise, with the roundregarding completed on Ricardo Balbín Avenue, the Municipality of Córdoba is advancing with the project of the Córdoba Urban Ring Road, a road ring that surrounds the central area of the city made up of avenues that allow it to surround the center more quickly.
