”The event in Bryansk left two dead and five teenagers injured, who are now being treated,” said Russian Deputy Health Minister Alexei Kuznetsov, quoted by the TASS agency.
One of the fatalities is the attacker, who committed suicide following opening fire with a shotgun at her classmates, according to official data.

“A 14-year-old girl came to school with a shotgun, which she used to shoot her classmates. “As a result, two people died – one of them the attacker – and five were injured,” the Russian Investigative Committee said in a statement.

Anyone who throws waste on public roads will be punished. After the National, the Council of States tacitly agreed on Thursday to sanction “littering” with a maximum fine of 300 francs, as part of a broader project aimed at developing the circular economy.
More generally, the project creates a set of measures intended to make the Swiss economy more efficient and reduce its environmental impact, in collaboration with private circles. We must support and promote the circular economy, said Damian Müller (PLR/LU).
The opinion of the Chamber of Cantons diverges from that of the Chamber of the People on several points, in particular on the cantonal monopoly on waste collection, the weight to be given to the reuse of waste or in the construction sector. But the two Chambers agree to a large extent.
The project follows a parliamentary initiative from the National committee. In the general vote, it was adopted by 37 votes to 2.
