The world of diets produces new “wisdom” every day. Currently trending? The so-called baby food diet. Sounds unusual – and it is. With the baby food diet, adults try to lose weight quickly and easily with the help of pureed food. Your thought behind it? Baby food contains proportionately low in calories, rich in nutrients and generally easy to digest. Many of the small jars contain many colorful fruits and vegetables. Most manufacturers avoid added sugar. So you might think that losing weight with baby food is a healthy and effective alternative to crash diets like cabbage soup or pineapple diets.

If you replace your main meals with baby food, you can lose weight. The idea is to dramatically reduce calorie intake, as baby food typically contains fewer calories than regular adult meals. Per day are approx. 13 to 17 jars of baby food allowed. Converted, this amount corresponds to around 2 kilos of porridge – or around 1,200 to 1,500 calories. Only water and tea are permitted as drinks. Baby food fans are also allowed to eat one “real” meal a day, which should consist of vegetables and meat that is as lean as possible. You must avoid milk, yogurt, cheese, bread and other grain products. If you follow this diet for several weeks, you will most likely lose weight quite quickly.
Admittedly, the baby food diet is easy because the meals are already ready and just need to be warmed up. The calorie balance is also relatively low – but the nutrient density is quite high.
However, experts warn: The diet is neither balanced nor sufficient for adults as they require other nutrients. The baby food diet is not a long-term healthy solution and can lead to malnutrition and other health problems.
After the diet ends, it is also likely that you will gain back the weight you lost. This is because the body adapts to the reduced calorie intake. Once you return to eating normally, your body will store more calories to prepare for the next state of starvation.
Instead, rely on a balanced diet and healthy facial reduction strategies. You can read more regarding the topic here: Lose weight effectively: Tips on how to lose weight healthily and sustainably >>

Christian Cueva lives in constant uncertainty. Prevented from being able to undergo surgery due to the mess with Alianza Lima, ‘Aladino’ is waiting for the institution’s approval and for him to take charge of the intervention, as stipulated in the contract.
“It is a very sensitive topic for me. After so long being in Alianza Lima was something nice because I am a fan, but at the end of the season I had to not play the last games. The most important thing for me today is to have surgery and recover. My faith is still intact, I believe that the one above is going to bless me with many things this year,” Cueva indicated just a few days ago.
In a new broadcast of the Futmax League program, where the former ‘blue and white’ footballer will serve as president of one of the teams that will participate in the tournament of the same name, the panelists showed a video showing the state of the affected knee.
As we remember, Cueva was injured just minutes into the match once morest Atlético Grau on March 26. An ailment whose seriousness was not known until months later.
