NXT Gen Cup contestants will drive the LRT NXT1, a modified vehicle based on the Mini Cooper SE, which will operate with a front-wheel drive motor that can output 180 horsepower and an additional 60 horsepower through the transmission system. The LRT NXT1 is equipped with a 30kWh battery capacity and an 800V motor system. It is also equipped with an adjustable Ohlins suspension system and Hankook semi-slick all-season tires.
All NXT Gen Cup players compete with the same configuration and settings of the vehicle, which includes two 20-minute practice matches, as well as the same 20-minute qualifying and official matches.
