The case of rape and brutal murder of a junior doctor in the eastern state of West Bengal in India is being pushed with full force. The Modi government has taken this opportunity as a golden opportunity to incite rebellion against the opposing states (provinces) and has begun the process of conspiracy with full attention.
West Bengal is ruled by the Trinamool Congress. Mamata Banerjee, the head of this party and the chief minister of the state, has been the fiercest critic of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The rape and murder of a junior doctor by a policeman in Kolkata’s RJ Kar Medical College is trying to worsen the situation in all states including West Bengal where there is no BJP government.
An angry mob had attacked and vandalized the college in Kolkata yesterday where a junior doctor was raped and killed by a policeman. People bent on violence also vandalized and assaulted the policemen.
Popular Indian playback singer Alka Yagnik recently recalled how she and Kumar Sanu underestimated AR Rahman when AR Rahman first approached her to sing for Roja. It was refused.
The singer also admitted that she later regretted her decision to miss out on his beautiful lyrics and songs.
53 Married Men’s Top Advice for Peace of Mind
AR Rahman is one of the most popular music composers in the world today, but like many successful and rising stars, he faced many obstacles in the beginning.
Looking back, there was a time when many Bollywood singers were reluctant to work with him. At that time, he was an emerging talent in the industry. A similar story from that period was shared by playback singer Alka Yagnik, which involved her and fellow singer Kumar Sanu.
In an interview to Radio Nisha, Yagnik recalled when Rahman first approached him. I got a call from Chennai that a new composer named AR Rahman is composing songs for a film and he wants you and Kumar Sanu to sing the entire soundtrack. I had dates booked with many old musicians in Mumbai and I didn’t want to miss them and I didn’t know who AR Rahman was. I refused.
According to Yagnik, when he contacted Kumarsano, he also decided not to leave his old colleagues and forbade him. God knows who this new musician is. We both decided to refuse.
Later, when I heard their songs, I wanted to bang my head against the wall. Because they were beautiful songs and I missed a golden opportunity to sing them.
Although Yagnik worked extensively with AR Rahman after that, he still regrets missing out on this opportunity. The next time I worked with Rahman, he complained to me in the very first meeting, ‘You haven’t sung my old songs. I felt very embarrassed. My heart wanted to sink into the ground. Because it was entirely my fault. Elka said sadly.
Yagnik admits that he missed the chance to be a part of something extraordinary at the start of AR Rahman’s legendary career.
It may be noted that the world-renowned Indian singer, music director and lyricist AR Rahman has recently won the National Award for Music for the seventh time. He thus became the first music director in India to win the award the most times.

Warplanes have bombed Khartoum fresh, as fighting between Sudan’s army and paramilitary forces enters its third week. The United Nations warned that the African country was falling apart with each passing day.
Fresh airstrikes and artillery fire have been reported in Sudan’s capital despite a 72-hour ceasefire agreement. Several ceasefire agreements have been signed in the past two weeks, but clashes continue. The country’s army and the paramilitary group Rapid Support Forces have blamed each other for the latest clashes.
It should be noted that a war has been going on since April 15 between the country’s army led by General Abdul Fattah Al-Barhan and the paramilitary force (RSF) led by former deputy Muhammad Hamdan Daqloo, who has become his rival, to gain control over the country.
The ongoing fighting in the African country has now entered its third week. On the other hand, United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has said while talking to the Saudi-owned Al-Arabiya television, “When the country is falling apart, no one has the right to fight for power.”
Evacuation of foreigners continues

The impact of the Sudan conflict on the region
Meanwhile, former Sudanese Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok warned on Saturday that the conflict in the African country could become one of the world’s worst civil wars if it is not resolved soon.
On the other hand, the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) has warned that the ongoing fighting in Sudan could plunge the entire East African region into a humanitarian crisis. According to WFP director Martin Frick, a third of Sudan’s population was starving before the fighting began.
Speaking to reporters in the German capital, Martin Frick said, “Now there is a shortage of everything and food prices are skyrocketing.”
On the other hand, sudden increase in prices of goods continues in Chad and South Sudan, neighboring countries of Sudan.
