New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, 3,451 new Kovid cases have been reported in the country. This brings the total number of cases to 4,31,02,194. 20,635 are in treatment. The death toll rose to 5,24,064 with 40 deaths reported on Saturday.
The Kovid release rate in the country is 98.74 per cent. According to the Union Ministry of Health, 35 out of the last 40 deaths were in Kerala. Two deaths were reported in Delhi and one each in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.
