80% of French people are in favor of donating their organs but only 47% have spoken to their relatives about it

June 22 is National Organ Donation Day. In 2022, 5,300 people survived thanks to organ donation, compared to 100 who died for lack of a transplant. 28,000 patients are waiting for a transplant, according to the collective of associations, federations and foundations “Greffes”.
