by Alexandra Hartman Editor-in-Chief

The price of petrol 95 (E10) will reach a new record on Saturday, the Directorate General for Energy of the FPS Economy announced on Friday. Up 2.9 cents, the liter will post a maximum of 1.7990 euro per liter at the pump.

The price of diesel (B7) will also increase, by 2.2 cents per liter from Saturday, to 1.8380 euros per litre. As for diesel fuel (heating application), its maximum price for an order from 2,000 liters will increase by 0.54 cents, to 0.9060 euro per litre. These price(s) result(s) from fluctuations in the prices of petroleum products and/or bio-components inherent in their composition(s) on international markets.
