The PSMA Rus enterprise in the Rosva industrial park in the Kaluga region is a joint venture between Stellaantis and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation: the former owns 70 percent, the latter 30 percent. The area of ​​the territory is 145 hectares, and the maximum capacity reaches 125 thousand cars per year. As of June 2021, about two thousand people worked at the plant.

The plant produces cars on a full cycle. Now Stellantis produces Peugeot 408 at its facilities, as well as Peugeot, Opel and Citroen commercial vehicles, which it also exports abroad. Mitsubishi Outlander and Pajero Sport are also assembled there.
