News 24 | Abdullah Medical Center: Diabetes patients get 7-9 hours of sleep, which gives them a healthy life

King Abdullah Medical City has advised diabetics to get enough sleep for at least 7 hours in order to lead a healthy lifestyle.

The city clarified that diabetics should enjoy sufficient sleep hours for a period of no less than (7-9) hours per day, interspersed with naps of no more than 30 minutes.

She called on diabetics to ventilate the feet and examine them every time the shoes are taken off, to ensure that there is no redness or bruising.
