The Atlanta Braves qualified for the World Series on Saturday for the first time since 1999. In Game 6 of the National League Final, against the Los Angeles Dodgers, outgoing champions, the Georgia franchise won (4 -2) and won the series by four wins to two.
Braves left fielder Eddie Rosario was named Finals MVP less than three months after joining the team. On Saturday, he hit a home run that allowed his team to score three runs. Over the entire series against the Dodgers, Rosario had 14 strikes including three HR’s.
