The Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc) arrested a man who offered directed tasks that supposedly showed sexual photographs to children so that they imitate what they saw and thus indulge themselves.
He also used false profiles, posing as a woman on social networks and thus obtaining pornographic material.
According to what was published by Douglas Rico, director of the Cicpc, he is LM Rubio Sánchez, 36 years old, who lives in the Sabana de Blanco sector, La Pastora parish in Caracas.
He pointed out that “through social networks, he used female names to capture young people, in order to have intimate encounters and make pornographic content,” he said.
In addition, names like Gaby and Alexa were used to add children and young people, where once he gained their trust, he induced them to send him photographs without clothes and to have sexual encounters in his home.
But in addition to that, through the investigations they discovered that it offered directed tasks with the “purpose of gaining the trust of the parents of the possible victims; once he succeeded, he told them that he might pick up the children from their homes aboard a Chery vehicle, to take them to the place where he would teach his classes, “added Rico.
Once in the place «he reproduced images and videos with sexual content through his cell phone and in the house through the computer equipment. Then, he indulged himself and incited minors to carry out the same act, in order to satisfy his libidinous desires, causing them psychological injuries,” the official said.
So far three victims have denounced Rubio Sánchez.
When he was arrested, the vehicle used as a means of commission was recovered and two computers, two monitors, a cell phone and a webcam were collected.
The case was left to the order of the Ninth and 117th Prosecutor’s Offices of the Public Ministry of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas.
