According to Okaz, the case details are that the real estate owner sold a group of lands and residential buildings 14 months ago with different areas, at which time he paid the buyers 5 million riyals of value-added fees; And when buyers demanded to recover the value-added fees paid, for payment.
After that, the property owner resorted to the judiciary and issued a ruling obligating the buyers to return the 5 million riyals, and the ruling was final.
