MANILA – The Philippine Congress on Wednesday declared dictator’s son Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos junior the next president. According to official counts by the Senate and the House of Representatives, the former senator received 58.77 percent of the votes cast in the popular election around two weeks ago. He won by more than 16.5 million votes ahead of outgoing Vice President Leni Robredo.
