Whether they have 2, 4 or 6 legs, some critters, even if they are small, can seriously damage your land. This is the case with squirrels, moles, skunks, ants and grubs. (Speaking of parasites, here are some simple solutions to drive away ants…) If you do not know how to repossess your land, consult an adviser at the garden center who will tell you the right thing to do.
Also, pay attention to your dog’s urine. This is rich in ammonia which burns the grass and contributes to its yellowing. Don’t let your dog urinate everywhere. If despite everything, it does, immediately pour water on the affected area to dilute the concentration of ammonia.
