Sergi Roberto renews his contract with Barcelona
On Friday, Spanish player Sergi Roberto renewed his contract with Barcelona to continue until 2023.
At the signing ceremony, Sergi Roberto said that staying in Barcelona for another year was “very important” for his career, following two years in which he had “many physical problems”, which hindered his presence by 100%.
In this context, the 30-year-old confirmed that he understood the “situation” that the Spanish club is going through during the current period.
“We have to keep helping. I’ve already done that and now we have to work 100% in order to have a very good season.”
