Can a person infected with AIDS who undergoes treatment for a year be married to another healthy party? .. A consultant witness answers

Al-Marsad newspaper: Abdullah Al-Hogail, the head of the “immunity” association, revealed that a person infected with “AIDS” who has undergone treatment for a period of one year or more, and it has been proven that the disease is not transmitted from it, has the right to marry from another healthy party.

He said during an interview on Al-Ekhbariya channel: “He does not request an immunodeficiency test except in two cases… from health or military practitioners, according to the new regulation. Otherwise, the affected individual has the right to refuse and is not forced to do so.”

He added: “In the past, some of the injured were reluctant to perform an operation for them, but now if the surgeon refuses to perform an operation on the injured person only because he is injured, he will have to pay a fine.”

He continued: “The infected person who is undergoing treatment and is committed to it has the right to marry another healthy person, because the disease is not transmitted if it is under control.”
