• Submit proof of second dose for application of the booster.
• Copy of the Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
• Official identification with a photograph (INE, military card, proof of identity or passport or some other document that proves your age, such as a birth certificate).
• Proof of address, original and copy, not older than three months, and blue ink pen.
