Bonjour,
Quite often I am woken up in the night by headaches and feeling sick. I have the feeling that something is going to let go in my head or in my heart. It follows a big stomach ache that gives me diarrhea (sorry). Forced to go to the toilet, my limbs may also tremble. Having the fear of dying of a heart attack or stroke without help, this does not help my condition which suddenly stresses and anguish, it has been going on for 4 years now. And I would like to know why, how I can remedy it, to know which doctor I can turn to.
