The representative of the Transporters and Drivers Guild of Ayacucho, Emanuel Lagone, reported that they will abide by the national strike this Monday, July 18.
The leader pointed out that the list of claims considers the reduction in fuel prices, the promotion of the driver’s law, the restructuring of the Superintendence of Land Transportation of People, Cargo and Merchandise (Sutran) and the revision of the contracts of concession of highways (tolls).
In this line, Lagone specified that the measure will be fully complied with by heavy cargo carriers, interprovincial transport, urban transport, taxis and mototaxis of the 11 provinces of the Ayacucho region.
