Syrian actress Shahd Barmada revealed that one of the social networking sites is impersonating her, using her name and fame in order to market cosmetic products.
Shahd Barmada wrote through her accounts on social media: “On a page, I took a video from me, and I am selling counterfeit products in my name. Please pay attention. I have no relationship with them.”
Shahd, the curators of the page, threatened to resort to the judiciary, as she said: “Any other post that comes in my name, I will file a lawsuit against you and destroy your home and work.”
