Refuel with vitamin D
Instead of going straight to the nearest (hotel) gym, we should do something good for our body and, depending on the destination, just soak up the sun – and for free. By lying on our lazy skin in the sun – well protected, of course – we don’t just fill ours vitamin D storage but also contribute to better health: The vitamin boosts the calcium metabolism and thus strengthens our bones, which we need for the next training session – after the holidays! – to get started.
