48 people were arrested for unethical activities in Bahrain. 48 people were arrested in two groups. Gulf News reports that 39 of those arrested are women. 9 of those arrested are from Asian countries
A large quantity of liquor was seized from both the arrested gangs. Various trafficking gangs have been busted in Bahrain in recent years. Offenders are punished with imprisonment of up to 15 years and a fine of up to ten thousand dinars.
