The weather center “Phobos” said in this regard: “The weather on Monday in the capital will be overcast, without much rain, and temperatures are expected to reach 29 degrees in Moscow.”
Earlier, the Russian Emergencies Ministry announced that the situation with natural fires on the territory of the Ryazan region remains unstable, and could be complicated at any time due to changes in weather conditions.
