Kuwait Airways said on Twitter that the flight crew led by Flight Captain Abdul Wahab Alghanim expertly handled the emergency and the mother and baby are safe.
The company said that the integrated training imparted to the employees enables them to deal with emergency situations. This is the second time in a month that a similar incident has occurred on a Kuwait Airways flight. Two weeks ago, a Philippine woman also gave birth to a baby while traveling.
