Kochi: The High Court ordered the sacking of Market Fed MDS SK Sunil as he was found to have been appointed without qualification. The High Court has directed him to resign today and not to interfere as MD.
The High Court has expressed its displeasure to the government and the Market Fed, asking them not to repeat such matters in the future. The High Court issued a fresh order quashing the earlier single bench order.
Krishnan, a native of Wayanad, filed the petition in the High Court. The petition alleged that there was an irregularity in the appointment and that it should be investigated.
