An STM driver who fell asleep at the wheel of his bus caused a collision in the Rivière-des-Prairies sector, in Montreal, overnight from Thursday to Friday.
The bus was traveling west on boulevard Maurice-Duplessis, before colliding head-on with a truck parked at the corner of boulevard Marc-Aurèle-Fortin.
A bus passenger was slightly injured and transported to a hospital as a preventive measure, but the driver did not sustain any injuries.
No one else was hurt, but the pick-up was heavily damaged from the impact of the collision.
