High blood pressure is a chronic disease that threatens with unimaginable health consequences. It has been dubbed the silent killer because its symptoms are not detected early.

Diet plays a big role in affecting high blood pressure. Where there is a group of foods that have a significant role in raising blood pressure levels .. we mention them:
