Erótida (Aida Bossa) complains to his brother Onofre (Diego Vasquez) for having sent Leandro (Abel Villa) where his uncle Laureano and not letting the little boy receive his Christmas present and meet Chico Bolaños (John Bolivar).

Onofre realizes that Tomasa is keeping something and finds the money that he took from his mother Nacha (Machado Vineyard) and he takes it to spend on musicians.
Jose Luis (Marciano Martinez) arrives with Chico Bolaños and other colleagues to give Leandro the gift, but knowing that he is not at home, he claims Onofre, but the musicians decide to stay and not go to where Leandro is.
Laureano falls asleep and Leandro takes his donkey to go home and meets Mauricio (Christian Villamil), who saves him from a thief and is looking for Erótida and Leandro manages to get there and meet Chico Bolaños, who gives him a harmonica so that he can continue exploring his musical talent.
For their part, Mauricio and Erótida resume their relationship with the approval of the family; however, she does not agree to go live with him to take care of Leandro, he gets angry and leaves.
Erótida confesses to Leandro that his mother was collecting money to take him to the doctor and have his eyes checked, and the boy is happy to know that she does love him.
Because they no longer have money, Mauricio gives Nacha the idea to sell lunches to the workers and manages to sell them all.
Leandro gives them a sample of his talent and everyone fills him with applause.
Onofre offers to take Leandro to the doctor, but after being examined, the doctor reveals that he will never be able to see.
