Chen Feipeng, vice chairman of Nanqiao Group, passed away at 9:00 p.m. on September 23! The group released news on the evening of the 24th that Chen Feilong, the director of Nanqiao, established a funeral committee. The news made many people shocked and saddened.
According to people familiar with the matter, Chen Feipeng has been in bed for two years. In recent years, he has rarely communicated with people and almost disconnected from the outside world. Last week, his condition worsened and he was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment on the evening of the 23rd. He died at the age of 80.
Nanqiao Group used to be famous for “Crystal Soap”. Later, Chen Feipeng and his elder brother Chen Feilong actively opened up the food business territory. They once represented Hagen-Dazs, an internationally renowned ice cream brand, and built a food kingdom for Nanqiao Group. Well-known brands such as Master Du, Cabiso, Dian Shui Lou, and Paulaner are all under the banner of Nanqiao.
In addition to serving as the deputy director of Nanqiao Group, Chen Feipeng has a wealth of experience. He has served as a municipal consultant of the Taipei City Government, a member of the Taipei City Economic Development Committee, an executive director of the National Federation of Industries, and the chairman of the Taipei City Industrial Association. He was well-liked in the industry, and the sad news of his death has made many people sigh.
