HIV/AIDS: “Screening is much more accessible” according to Jagutpal

by Alexandra Hartman Editor-in-Chief

Health Minister Kailesh Jagutpal says access to HIV/AIDS testing is much more open.

He participated in the launch of the awareness campaign on “pre-exposure prophylaxis”, a drug for the prevention of HIV-AIDS.

It was this Wednesday morning, September 28, in Balaclava. The Minister of Health says that pharmacists can buy test-kits for sale.

However, it is a doctor who will be able to perform the test on a person, says Kailesh Jagutpal.
