(Archyde.com) – Ukraine’s Energy Minister Kharshchenko said on Wednesday that 30 percent of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure had been hit by Russian missile attacks on Saturday and Sunday. He said in an interview with CNN.
“I want to send a message to our partners that we need to protect the skies,” said Kharshchenko, who said Russia ignored international rules.
The Ukrainian government is urging citizens to conserve electricity as the attacks have caused power outages in some areas.
