A man surnamed Xiao was driving through Diaoshan Ancient Road in Ruifang District, New Taipei City at noon today. When turning a corner, he accidentally fell into a valley with a depth of 30 meters. Two men and three women were trapped in the car. Fortunately, they suffered only minor injuries. . The New Taipei City Fire Department received a report at 12:15 noon. 102 County Road turned left at Shumei Viewing Terrace, regarding the corner in front of the Digong Temple on Diaoshan Ancient Road. A vehicle fell into the valley regarding 30 meters old. There were 2 men aged regarding 30 years old. The 3 women were trapped in the car and immediately dispatched Ruifang, Jiufen, Xiufeng, Shuangxi, Gongliao Squadron, Jinshan Squadron and the 6th Brigade, a total of 16 vehicles with 52 people to rescue.
At 12:43 p.m., the search and rescue personnel found the crash site of the vehicle, and immediately went down to the valley for rescue. First, they rescued the trapped people with destroying equipment, and then assisted the four injured people to climb to the road by themselves through ropes.
Another woman suffered a foot injury. The search and rescue personnel fixed the woman on a soft stretcher and transported it to the road with rescue equipment such as ropes.
