Thiruvananthapuram Airport to Adani; Petitions dismissed by Supreme Court – Thiruvananthapuram Airport Adani Enterprises | Manorama Online

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court dismissed the petitions challenging the award of the management of Thiruvananthapuram Airport to the Adani Group. The petition was filed by the state government and Thiruvananthapuram Airport Authority Employees Union. Justices U.U. Lalit, Justice Bela M. Trivedi bench rejected the petition.

On October 19, 2020, the petition filed by the government in the Kerala High Court challenging the transfer of the airport to the Adani Group was rejected. Later an appeal was filed in the Supreme Court.
