Doha World Cup: Host Country Media Center officially opened by Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy. A state-of-the-art media center has opened in Mushairib downtown. The media center offers 24-hour service during the World Cup.
Facilities include press conference room, studios, hot desks, IT support, photographer services, media lounge and restaurant. The Host Country Media Center offers seamless services to reporters, broadcasters, photographers and videographers.
SC’s Executive Director of Communications and Media, Fatma Al Nuaimi, said: “We are delighted to welcome media from around the world to cover the first FIFA World Cup in the Middle East and Arab world. The Host Country Media Center has been developed to help them carry out their work seamlessly while covering the tournament and all that Qatar has to offer.
